I have trusted my cars to Bill Erickson for 20 years. No matter how big or how small my car trouble might be, his team checks it out. They give me the “what if this were YOUR mother’s car” what would you do HONEST opinion. I can’t say enough good things about them.
Bill has been taking care of my two jeeps for over 20 years. He keeps accurate records of my service and replaces brakes, hoses, etc. only when needed. I have complete faith in “Jeepers”.
I’ve been a ‘regular’ customer for over 4 years – for the first time, I have a mechanical service place that I trust. Their judgment and work have both been superb. Bill & Jan are scrupulously honest.
Bill and his crew are wonderful. They won’t try and sell you a bunch of service you don’t need (unlike most dealerships) – if he says you need it, you can trust that you need it. The work and the parts are top quality. I trust Bill and his crew with all our vehicles.
Always satisfied for the work done at Erickson’s. I like that I am given a quote of what it could cost. Bill is some in that goes the extra mile with his customers! The mechanics seem top notch!
As always a fast and well done repair.
The mechanics at Erickson’s have repaired our Dodge, Trailblazer and Jeep for several years. They are consistently accurate in their initial diagnosis and estimate. They work quickly too. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Left it for an oil change & brake inspection. Found rear brakes worn. Installed new pads & it was done before lunch.
Bill was friendly and I felt as if my car got great care! I will return.
Bill and his team are upfront and fair and never try to do more than you need or want.
The whole crew is great. A very honest shop.
As always, Bill and his service team are fair, fast, and professional! I will go out of my way to make sure that they are the only folks that work on my vehicles!
Two friends recommended Erickson’s So I thought I would try them. My Jeep Wrangler needed some services. After initial inspection it needed much more. Bill called after every diagnosis to let me know course of action.
I am totally pleased with the service I received and for the courtesy in which I was treated. Price was fair and I was given a print out of all diagnostics performed in complete detail. I would definitely return and recommend Erickson’s to anyone looking for an Honest auto shop. Thank you !!!!
I had a small problem with my GMC “Jimmy”, the driver side wiper blade stopped working, which is of course is only a problem when it’s raining. I called Bill who was able to get right on it and instead of replacing the entire wiper system he repaired it saving me extra cost and instead of waiting for parts he had me in and out in no time.
It is nice to know a honest and creative person in the auto repair business. Bill is also just a nice pleasant person. I recommend him to any one who needs auto service.
This may sound strange to say, but I always love going to your shop. It’s so hassle-free! I feel completely taken care of, you’ve never steered me wrong, and I trust your recommendations. You tell me what needs to be taken care of right now, what can wait, and what maintenance I can do on my car myself instead of going for the expensive fix right away. I was recommended to you by a friend, and recommend you to other friends myself. Thank you for your great work!
Always such wonderful service! My husband and I both feel like we’re in such good hands when dropping our vehicles at yous shop, and really trust your opinions and quotes. I’m also amazed at how much money I would have spent if I had taken my problems someplace else – other quotes have been as much as 50% higher than yours, so THANKS for that!
ps – days after our last big service (new brakes, alternator, and much much more) your technician actually called to say he had misquoted something and owed $75 back to us. WHERE else would do that?
